No mystery menus. Your quote is built from three honest inputs: breed, weight, and the real condition of the coat.
Every groom includes the same complete service — wash, hand blow-dry, haircut and styling, deshedding, facial scrub, ears, nails with Dremel, sanitary trim, and paw pads. What varies is the time your dog needs, and that's what pricing reflects:
Because it would be wrong half the time, in both directions. Owners often guess their dog's breed mix or underestimate matting — a posted price that changes at the van door helps nobody. A two-minute message with breed, weight, and a photo gets you a real number instead.
New clients book with a $30 deposit that goes toward the final invoice. Need to reschedule? Give us 12 hours' notice. Confirmed no-shows may be billed up to half the appointment value — the route saved that time just for your pup.
It depends on your dog's breed, weight, and coat condition — a Yorkie touch-up and a matted Great Pyrenees are very different jobs. Message us your dog's breed and weight for a real estimate; standard breed prices are based on a well-behaved pet with a coat in good condition.
Until our groomer meets your dog, we're pricing from your description. Matting, coat condition, special handling, or a surprise breed mix can change the price — and we'll always flag any change with you on site before work begins.
New clients pay a $30 deposit that goes toward your final invoice. It's non-refundable, and rescheduling with less than 12 hours' notice counts as a cancellation requiring a new deposit.
Most clients pay at the end of the appointment via our payment link or a card on file. We also take cash and all major credit and debit cards.
Send your dog's breed and weight. We'll handle the rest.
