  • New to mobile grooming?

    We have met many people who are new to mobile grooming. If you're a little hesitant or just want to learn more, here's what you can expect.


    We are mobile, meaning we come to your home to groom your pet. The reason people choose mobile grooming over grooming at a pet store is convenience. Think of all the time you could save from your already busy schedule! 


    Stay-at-home moms, home office, business owners, and any busy schedule can benefit from mobile grooming. With more folks working from home, mobile grooming just makes sense.


    One of the advantages is that your dog doesn't spend time in a cage or crate. Another advantage is that your dog isn't around other dogs, which can be a bit scary for your furry friend. All this adds up to a more relaxed experience.


    We groom each dog one-on-one, which helps us focus on making your pet fabulous.

  • What services do you offer?

    We primarily offer one standard grooming service.


    Sometimes we may have time in our route to do a bath or nail trimming, but other times it just doesn't fit. 


    Our standard grooming service consists of the following: 

    • No cages or crates
    • Wash with shampoo and conditioner
    • Hand blow-drying
    • Haircut / Deshedding 
    • Facial scrub
    • Ear cleaning
    • Nail clipping and Dremel 
    • Brushing teeth
    • Sanitary area 
    • Paw pads treatment
  • How do I get a quote?

    To give you a quote, we just need a little info about your dog. Please send us a message with the following information.


    What is the breed and weight of your dog?


    And lastly, is there any additional info that would help us? 


    Does your dog have fleas? 

    Is it heavily matted or knotted? 

    Is your dog aggressive (old, sensitive skin, etc)?


    Once we confirm the quote is good for you, we will send you a link to get the info to confirm your appointment.

  • How does your pricing work?

    Pricing for new customers or new pets is always an estimate. We do our best to give a good estimate based on the information received in your first message. 


    When our groomer sees your pet (or pets) on site for the first time, the estimate can change and will be brought to your attention. 


    Sometimes, customers are unaware of the correct breed of their pet, which can result in a price change, sometimes drastically. 


    Matting, special handling fees, additional services, or weight can also affect the price of your pet's grooming. 


    These factors may not be addressed until the stylist is on site and working with your pet. 


    Our standard breed prices are based on the time taken to groom a well-behaved pet with a coat that is in good condition.

  • How do I schedule a grooming appointment?

    Once we give you a quote, we will send you our next open availability. If everything works great for you, we will send you a link to make sure we have the correct information to groom your pet on that available day.


    We have a system that will send you a reminder text to confirm your scheduled grooming. You must confirm your appointment via the confirmation text to avoid losing your desired appointment.

  • How far in advance should I book my appointment?

    After you book your first appointment with us, we suggest booking your next appointment with our groomer at that moment.


    We thank you in advance for booking in advance. It greatly helps us serve your pets, ensuring they look great year-round.


    You may be the type of person who calls around to find a groomer that same week. We can't guarantee we will have availability for you unless you are scheduled.


    During busy seasons, you may have to wait 8+ weeks for an appointment. Some examples of busy seasons are before summer and around major holidays. We have some clients who prefer scheduling us through the end of the year for this reason.


    If you have a shifting or unpredictable schedule, we suggest booking about a month and a half in advance of major holidays. This ensures your pet will have a fresh look for the family get-togethers.

  • What if my dog is heavily matted?

    We are happy to help with your heavily matted pets for an additional cost. 


    Sometimes owners don't know their pet is matted or "downplay" how bad the matting is. 


    Please understand that clear communication helps us better serve you. We would hate for you to get hit with an additional cost because of incorrect or assumed communication.

  • What if my dog has a special condition? (aggressive, old, fleas etc)

    Each pet is unique: for that reason, one grooming may take longer than another. When we understand your dog's full situation, it helps us give you a more accurate quote.


    If your dog has fleas, we can help you for an additional cost.


    If your dog is very aggressive (tries to bite often, etc.), we may not be the best fit. This type of behavior will affect our ability to groom your pet properly.


    If you have an older, larger dog that is fairly overweight, we might not be the best fit for your situation. Sometimes these dogs have trouble standing up for periods or walking. Our bathtub is high, and our groomers are not able to lift these dogs alone.


    Please understand that clear communication helps us better serve you. We would hate for you to get hit with an additional cost because of incorrect or assumed communication.

  • Can you groom my cat?

    While we'd love to help all kinds of animals, unfortunately, we only groom dogs.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Most clients prefer paying at the end of appointments with our convenient payment link or with a card on file.


    We also accept cash and all major credit/ debit cards.

  • Deposits, Cancellations, and Missed Appointments

    Deposits


    New for 2025


    We are beginning to implement deposits for new clients. The deposit amount will be $30.


    Your deposit is non-refundable and will go toward paying your final invoice with us.


    Rescheduling and Cancellations


    If you need to reschedule an appointment, please let us know 12 hours before your scheduled time with a brief explanation; otherwise, we will consider your appointment a cancellation. A new deposit of $30 will be required to book your next appointment.


    No-Shows


    If you confirm an appointment and are not present to deliver your pet to our groomer, we will bill you for up to 50% of the amount of your scheduled appointment.
